In a large organisation such as West Yorkshire Police, employing over 10,000 police officers and civilians, it is inevitable that employer/employee disputes will arise. It would be surprising if it were otherwise.
What is unexpected is the nature of the Employment Tribunal cases that surface into the public domain and the troubling manner in which WYP seem to go about ‘getting rid’ of employees they no longer, seemingly, want around the Force.
The same investigative propriety that in most instances begins as incompetence is then developed and cover up and crosses the line into criminality. Result of methodology or propriety.
